Funeral services for Everett Calvin Feagan, 25 years old, who was fatally injured Sunday afternoon while working in the ground at the B. H. & W. Mine, were conducted at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Assembly of God church at Picher Oklahoma. The Rev. Henry Horn, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Hillcrest cemetery at Galena Kansas. Feagan received head and body injuries when struck by a falling slab Sunday afternoon and died 40 minutes later in Picher hospital, Picher.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Clara Feagan, 621 Cherokee street, Picher; his mother, Mrs. Ella Poor of Treece Kansas; five brothers, Harry Feagan of Galena, Jesse Feagan of Melrose Kansas, Roy Feagan and Howard Feagan of Fort Riley Kansas, and Clifford Feagan of Treece; two sisters, Helen Feagan of Treece and Mrs. Sybil Proctor of Baxter Springs Kansas, an uncle, Fred Poor of Picher Oklahoma, and an aunt, Mrs. Nell Williams of Galena Kansas.
