Suit for $25,000 damages was filed Monday in the Ottawa county Oklahoma, Miami district court against the Golden Rod Mining and Smelting Company by Mrs. Ethel Donaldson, widow of Dan Donaldson, who, the petition sets forth, died last July as the result of injuries received Aug. 15, 1922, when he was struck by a falling boulder. Donaldson at the time was employed as a hard rock lead and zinc shoveler by the defendant. The widow asks the judgment for herself and four minor children, ranging in age, from 6 to 16 years.
