Three mine accidents in the Miami field Friday night and Saturday will in all probability result in two fatalities. Lee Dees, a hard rock lead and zinc tub hooker at the Rainbow Mine, suffered severe injuries when a tub of dirt fell on him Saturday and is not expected to live. L. L. McDonald and W. T. Tomlin were seriously injured Friday night by a premature dynamite explosion in Acme Mine No. 2. It was said at the Picher hospital at Picher Oklahoma, where both were taken that Tomlin would not survive.
