Lennie Creason, administratrix of the estate of Oren Creason, who died Mar 2, 1923, from injuries received Feb 27, 1923, while employed in a hard rock lead and zinc mill of the Kitty Mining Company, today filed suit in district court against the mining company for $50,000 damages, $5,000 on each of two causes of action. She charges the Killy Company with "carelessness and negligence."
