James Frank Comstock, 52 years old, died at Miami Baptist hospital yesterday morning. He was injured at the Lucky Bill Mine, Dec 12, 1924, since which time he had been gradually growing worse. Comstock, with his family, resided near the Twin schools Picher Oklahoma. Besides his wife, Mrs. Blanch Comstock, he leaves three children; Harvey Comstock, Mrs. Lela Casebolt and Mrs. Bonnie Comer (?), all of Picher, one brother, Claude Comstock also of Picher. The funeral will be held from the Central Methodist church, South, tomorrow afternoon at 2. The Rev. C. O. Huff and the Rev. Wesley Post will officiate and burial will be in the Miami cemetery, under direction of the Todd undertaking company, of Picher.

The Lucky Bill Mining Company and the Federal Mining and Smelting Company were named defendants in a suit for $25,000, filed Saturday in Ottawa county Oklahoma district court at Miami by Mrs. Blanche Comstock, widow of Frank Comstock, who died Jan. 11, from injuries received Nov. 12 at the Lucky Bill Mine.
