L. Brooks a miner, was killed Monday morning when caught beneath a falling timber at the Redskin Mine. The accident happened about 11:30 o'clock. The body was removed to the Todd undertaking company morgue at Picher Oklahoma. Little is known about Bowers. He is about 40 years old. Note: This article has both L. Brooks and L. Bowers.
