Picher Oklahoma, Sept 16. Charles Edward Blake, of Phoenix Arizona, formerly of Picher Oklahoma, whose wife was the former Juanita Hendrix of Picher, was killed in an accident at a mine at Borina Arizona, Sunday night, according to information received by Frank Hendrix, father-in-law, 528 South Francis street, Picher. Blake has two brothers in Joplin Missouri; Earl Blake and Murel Blake.
