Military rites for a fallen comrade were exemplified by five Miami war veterans were represented by the Floyd L. Perry Post, American Legion, at the burial of Frank Bilello near Galena Kansas, Thursday. The military touch was added to the services by a color guard composed of Oliver McGhee, Jake Walker, Harry Arendale and J. L. Jolley, accompanied by Frank Purvis, bugler. The deceased was the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Bilello, residing near Welch Oklahoma, and was an engineer for a mining company in the Galena Kansas field. Death resulted from injuries received last Tuesday when he was caught in a flywheel belt. A veteran, in the late war he served in France and Germany in the motorcycle corps and passed through the war without injury. He was married in Welch about two years ago to Miss Pearl Williams. His wife and baby, about three months old, survive him in addition to his father, mother, one brother and two sisters.
