Picher Oklahoma, May 6.--Robert Earl Berry, 25 years old, was instantly killed while at work as a roof trimmer at the Wade Mine, three miles northwest of Picher, just before noon Tuesday. A heavy slab from the roof of the mine fell, crushing his skull and pinning his body to the ground. Berry is survived by his wife, who lives at Monarch Kansas; two brothers, Thomas Berry, Jr., and Louis Berry, both of Treece Kansas, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Berry, at Henryetta Oklahoma. The body was prepared for burial by the Todd undertaking company, of Picher, and will be taken to Henryetta Wednesday.

The body of Robert E. Berry, 25 years old, of Monarch, who was instantly killed at the Bethlehem Mine yesterday when caught beneath a falling slab, will be taken to his former home at Henryetta Oklahoma, today for burial. The body was accompanied by the deceased's wife, Mrs. Marie Berry, and two brothers, Thomas Berry, Jr., and Louis Berry, Treece Kansas miners.

The body of Robert E. Berry, 25 years old, of Monarch, who was instantly killed at the Bethlehem Mine Tuesday when caught beneath a falling slab, was taken to Henryetta Oklahoma last night for burial.
