H. G. Adams, a miner, single, age 27, died from a broken neck accident due to carelessness of person or persons unknown. C. P. Payne gave information on the death certificate and gave no information as to birthdate, or parents' names. R. M. James, coroner, signed the death certificate on May 14, 1917, at Joplin Missouri. The undertaker was Webb City undertakers at Webb City Missouri. Burial was in De Sota, the state is not clear and it may be Mississippi, or Missouri. Burial date is unknown. Place of death Jasper county, Prosperity Missouri. Registration District No. 414, Primary Registration District No. 4246, Registered No. 21. Missouri State Board of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics, Certificate of Death.
