Pittman, William Oliver

age 76, of Chico California died Apr 13, 1997, at a local convalescent hospital. Born Dec 5, 1920, in Miami Oklahoma to Harrison Pittman and Edna Pittman. He graduated from Ventura California high school. An Army veteran, served during World War II. Married Dorothy Fischer in Las Vegas Nevada, she survives. He retired after 40 years as a drilling foreman in the oil fields. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. A photo is included with the article. Burial in Glen Oak Memorial Park, California.
