Hoover, Curtis James

of Afton Oklahoma, died Jul 2, 1997, age 78. Born May 2, 1919, to James Andrew Hoover and Gladys Stella Boswell Hoover in Locust Grove Oklahoma. An Army veteran, serving during World War II in the Army Quartermaster Corp. He served in Italy, North Africa and in the Mediterranean Sea area. Married Doris Louise Sloan in 1945, she survives. Burial in Fairview cemetery.
