Born Mar 3, 1936, at Hockerville Oklahoma to Leon Toms and Pearl Alsworth Toms. she attended the Picher schools. Married Kenneth Hart on Jan 22, 1954, at Cardin Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on Jun 16, 1982. Burial in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
