according to J. C. Sill funeral home, one of the saddest cases of his experience is that of Joseph W. Wolf, who died three weeks ago of miner's tuberculosis, in a Cardin Oklahoma rooming house, and who was brought to Miami for preparation for burial. Sills that he notified Mr. Wolf's relatives in southern Missouri to the effect that Mr. Wolf would be buried but they each in turn refused to attend the funeral or help in any way with the preparation for the last rites of their brother. Mr. Wolf was an old man and was practically helpless at the time of his death. He died in a public rooming house where a bed could be obtained for the night for twenty-five cents. His last word or thought was a half mumbled plaint at the ruthless, grasping world in which he had lived and in which he had eked out his poverty stricken existence. Funeral services by Sill funeral home on Tuesday at 2 o'clock.
