two suits were filed this morning by disappointed husbands who in their petitions charge their wife with neglecting household duties. Nesbitt of Tar River Oklahoma filed a petition stating he married his wife, Edna, in Stockton Missouri in 1909. The oldest of their two children, a boy is asked by the father and the youngest, a girl is left with the mother until the court orders otherwise.
