died May 4, 1914. Buried G.A.R. cemetery, Miami. Mrs. Elia Dees, a widow of General Lee Dees, has entered suit in the district court against the Rainbow Lead and Zinc Company for $25,000 for the death of her husband. Deceased was employed as a hoisterman at the mine of the defendant company until about May 4, 1918, when he was killed. Plaintiff alleges negligence on the part of the company as grounds for the action.
