Ralph Flemmings - 17 year old lad, who was arrested last Wednesday evening, Feb 21, along with Bobby Wade, 15 years lad, was given a two-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to a second degree burglary charge before Judge W. M. Thomas in district court Saturday. The two lads were picked up by Chief of Police George Hall and county officers after an investigation of thefts made from Indian Joe's tap room on South Main street, Picher and the Shamrock tap room on East Second street, Picher. Charges of delinquency will probably be filed against young Wade.

Ware sometimes known as Chief Stillwell, a 15 year old youth was taken to the state boys' Industrial school at Helens over the week-end by Sheriff Dee Watters. Ware pled guilty to a delinquency charge before Judge John H. Venable in county court last week, which grew out of his arrest February 21, 1945 in Picher for the alleged breaking into two tap rooms from which a sum of money was taken. He will be confined to the institution until he is 18 years of age. Another youth involved in the same cases, is now in the penitentiary for a two year term.
