Picher Oklahoma miner, suffered minor injuries when an ore truck in which he was riding crashed into a telephone pole and plunged across a field on the West Nineteenth road near Baxter Springs Kansas about 4:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Todd was taken to Picher hospital, Picher for treatment and was later released. Five other occupants in the truck including the driver, Frank Frazier of Picher, were reported as uninjured.
