46 year old Commerce Oklahoma, died following a heart attack shortly after noon Tuesday at the Big John Mine, three miles northwest of Treece Kansas. He was employed as foreman in the ground and was taken suddenly ill while sitting at a desk making out a work report. Among survivors is his widow. Burial in the Carterville Missouri cemetery.
