age 52, died Feb 7, 1945 at the Miami Oklahoma hospital. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ila Smith; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harland Smith of Chilhowee Missouri; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Clawson, Porter Oklahoma, and Mrs. C. M. Morton of Kansas City Missouri, and a brother, Harry Smith, Rich Hill Missouri. Cooper funeral chapel, Miami. Burial in the Chilhowee Missouri cemetery.
