age 19, killed in action in North Africa on May 25, 1943; Seaman First Class David Rowe Shuck, age 18, who lost his life near Algiers May 3, 1944; and S 1-c Charles Wayne Sappington, kill in action last Feb 1944 in the South Pacific. Memorial services were held Sunday to honor three Picher Boys who have died in the line of duty while serving in the armed forces of our country.
