Shipman, Butch

is the new meat cutter at the Safeway store. He is jolly and fat and like all butchers has a big ham of a hand that hovers lovingly over the scales, when weighing up meat. Why do they all do that of course nowadays, it is more or less necessary as the teeny tiny cuttings might fall off and become lost. Welcome to Picher, Shipman.
