33 years old, a shoveler in the Muck Mine of the Lula Belle Mining company near Hockerville Oklahoma, suffered several fractured ribs and cuts and bruises on his left let and a broken left arm when struck by a failing boulder at the mine at 1 o'clock Sunday after. He was brought to Picher hospital, Picher Oklahoma, in a Jack H. Todd ambulance. Rogers resides at Hockerville Oklahoma.
