Ruby Garner - of Picher married Robert Powers, of Miami, were married Feb 17, 1945 in Columbus Kansas. Garner is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Garner, and is a junior in the Picher High School and plans to continue her studies. Powers is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Powers, and is employed in the Smith Welding shop on North Connell avenue, Picher, and is a former Picher High School student.
