Officers to serve for the ensuing year were elected Sunday morning at the Union church officials of the organization announced this morning. the Rev. Wesley E. Post was again named pastor, and J. H. Mott, assistant pastor. Others named were Mrs. Wesley Post, treasurer; Mrs. Georgie Cronk, assistant treasurer; Miss Blanch LaVerne Phillips, pianist; Mrs. C. H. Kerr, assistant pianist; Mrs. Bert Nance, Mrs. O. Phillips, and F. O. Mott, board members. Sunday school officers were elected as follows: Tom Swango, superintendent; C. H. Kerr, assistant superintendent; Miss Mabel Phillips, pianist; Mrs. Kathryn Montgomery, assistant pianist; Miss Edna Faye Grey, secretary; Miss Louetta Bartlett,assistant secretary;Bertha Wallace,librarian,and Cecile Venne,assistant librarian.
