The evening was spent socially and in conclusion refreshments were served. Those attending were Thelma Bartlett, Edna Faye Grey, John Swango, Cecile Venne, Erma Lee Park, June Dry, Bob Smith, Homer Smith, Louetta Bartlett, Leroy Roland, Frank Hammick, Charles Butler, Palmer Venne, Betty Wallis, Henry Ritchey, Dee Wesley Post, the hostess, Peggy Post and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Post.

Peggy Post entertained the Christian Endeavor of the Union Church Monday night. Her parents are; Mr. and Mrs. Charley Post, northeast of Picher. A picnic supper was served and games were played. Present were Mr. and Mrs. Howard Todd, Mrs. Mary Swango, John Swango, Patty Jennings, Oletha Shuck, Louella and Thelma Hartley, Leroy Roland, Frank Hammick, Paul Martin, Oletha Bryant, Earl Bradbury, Jane and Elva Dry, Mrs. Jack Davis, Mr. and Mrs. Charley Post and the hostess.

Peggy Ruby Pauline Post married Thomas L. Todaro of Brooklyn New York. They were married Apr 16, 1944 and are residing at 601 North Pearl avenue in Joplin Missouri. The bride was a senior in the Picher Oklahoma high school with the class of 1942 and has been recently employed at the Spartan Air school in Miami. The groom is a son of Mr and Mrs. John Todaro of Brooklyn and is in the army, station at Camp crowder.
