Post, Dee Wesley

Sergeant Post married Miss Betty Watson, of Miami, on Feb 7, 1945. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Post of Baxter Springs Kansas. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Watson. Married by Rev. Wesley Post of the Union Church, Picher, and grandfather of the groom, at the Watson home. The bride's maid of honor was Miss Peggy Post, sister of the groom and Bill Montgomery, Picher, was best man. The young couple left Monday for Miami Florida where Sergeant Post will receive assignment for further military duty. He is a veteran of 38 months service overseas with the Army Air Forces. Sergeant Post is also the grandson of Mrs. Lena Montgomery of Picher.
