Approximately 100 members of the primary department of the Union Sunday school enjoyed an Easter egg hunt Sunday afternoon at the high school stadium. Freddie Phillips found the golden egg, for which he received a dollar; Eugene Vene found the egg containing 10 cents. They are pupils of C. H. Jennings. Charles Roland found the egg containing 50 cents and Maxine Thomas the egg containing 25 cents. Their class teacher is Mrs. Lillian Tinkler. Bobby Stovall found the egg in which was five cents and Billy Paul Lavell, the egg containing one cent. They are pupils of Miss Elva Dry. The money found in the eggs will be turned back to the classes. Bobby Smith found 48 eggs, the largest number found by an class member. William Jones was next with 43 and Wilma Grant was third with 33 eggs. Teachers accompanying the group were Miss Elva Dry, Miss Thelma Bartlett, Mrs. Georgia Cronk, C. H. Jennings and Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Tinkler.
