Mashburn, Cleo

of Picher Oklahoma wa fined $50.00 and sentenced to 30 days in the county jail for illegal possession of 26 pints of whiskey. Mashburn stole the whiskey off a liquor truck as it unloaded, but said he had no intention of selling it. He was arrested by local officers when he ran from an alley with the stolen property. Charges were made by Police Chief Al Maness.
