Lovell, Roy

15 year old lad of Picher, was arrested Jan 3, 1945, by Police Chief George Hail and Art Bray of Cherokee county Kansas on a charge of burglary in connection with robberies north of Picher. The youth was taken to Columbus Kansas where he was arraigned before Probate Judge David Graves. The boy was arrested after several weeks of investigation and'tis said that he also is mixed up in a deal or two in Oklahoma.
