Knapp, Dora

funeral services for Mrs. Knapp, sister of C. H. Jennings of Picher, were held at Mount Vernon Missouri Tuesday afternoon. She died at 10:30 Saturday night in a rest home in Joplin Missouri, where she had been a patient six weeks. She was recuperating from a a broken hip which she received in a fall at her brother's home this spring. She was 79 years old and been a resident of Mount Vernon until 5 years ago when she came to Picher to make her home with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Jennings. She was the widow of Dr. G. L. Knapp of Mount Vernon. Burial in the IOOF cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Jennings were called to Mount Vernon by the death of his sister, Mrs. Dora Knapp.
