Abstract Data
29 years old, who lived near the Picher high school in the northwest part of Picher Oklahoma, died of a hemorrhage of the lungs on Saturday as he and his family were en route to Afton Oklahoma where they planned to attend church. He died in the automobile several miles south of Miami on US highway 66. He was a miner and had been employed by the Eagle-Picher mining and smelting company. Survivors include his widow, Lula Jones. Durnil funeral home, Picher. Burial in the Oak Hill cemetery at Galena Kansas.
