according to a release by the War Department, Pvt Garner, a son of Mrs. Esther E. Garner of Cardin Oklahoma was recently released from a German prison camp by Allied Forces. No details of the place or date were announced. He has arrived in Picher for a furlough visit with his mother and other relatives.
