Fogleman, Ruth Ann

won first place for the best costume at a Halloween party enjoyed by the pupils of the second grade at Whitebird school on Friday. Second place prize was won by Leanne Thropp. Mrs. Bullock is the teacher of the grades. Refreshments were served by Mrs. Wilma Moore, Mrs. Della Rook, Mrs. Ike Thompson and Mrs. Lucille Bullock.
