17 year old lad, who was arrested last Wednesday evening, Feb 21, along with Bobby Wade, 15 years lad, was given a two-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to a second degree burglary charge before Judge W. M. Thomas in district court Saturday. The two lads were picked up by Chief of Police George Hall and county officers after an investigation of thefts made from Indian Joe's tap room on South Main street, Picher and the Shamrock tap room on East Second street, Picher. Charges of delinquency will probably be filed against young Wade.
