age 52, died Monday at the Veterans' Administration hospital in Muskogee Oklahoma, where he had been a patient for six weeks. He had lived in Picher Oklahoma for 15 years, his home being at 108 North Ella street. Among survivors is his wife Lillie Evans. Durnil funeral home, Picher. Burial at G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
