Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Daugherty attended a family picnic at Leonard's Park in Joplin Missouri Sunday honoring a nephew Reed Marshall and family. Marshall had been a Jap prisoner for 3 years. He married a Philippine girl and they have two children. They will live near Diamond Missouri. Mr. Marshall is stationed at Norman in the hospital at present and spent Saturday in the Daugherty home before going to Joplin.
