age 45, owner of a local coal and wood yard, died at his home, 216 South Picher street on Friday. He was a resident of Picher for the past 26 years, 14 of which he worked in the lead and zinc mines. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mildred Chilton, a son, Charles Chilton of the U.S. Navy; a brother, Clarence Chilton of Picher; a half-brother, Carl B. King, Phoenix Arizona and a half-sister, Irene King of Texas. Durnil funeral home, Picher. Burial in the G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
