died Mar 7, 1945, at his home in Commerce Oklahoma. Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Levins Simmons of Commerce and Mrs. Mildred Jakubiak of Collinsville Connecticut; four sons, W. Cass of Portland Oregon, Marvin Cass and Charles B. Cass of Picher and Amel Cass of the US Army; a sister, Mrs. Mertie Burt of Augusta Kansas and four grandchildren.
