Benson, Wayne Paul

Private Benson, son of Mrs. Mattie Benson of Douthat Oklahoma , was reported as killed in action on Nov 12, 1944 while serving with the infantry in the Ninth Army in France. Benson left his civilian life as a miner in April 1943. He is also survived by two brothers, Johnny L. Benson, now stationed in England and Morris C. Benson with the signal corps in Italy.
