Bass, Hugh Leon

Pfc Bass, age 20, son of Mr. And Mrs. Charles LeRoy Bass, graduated from the training Center at Camp Elliott California. He was born at Galena Missouri and was employed by the J and J Mining Company at Picher Oklahoma before enlisting in the Marine Corps on Mar 19, 1942. He was promoted to PFC last Dec 12, 1941. His wife, the former Waunita Pearl Curtion of Turlock California and daughter, Sharon Ann reside in San Diego California.
