Harriet Helen Downing, daughter of Mr and Mrs. E. N. Dickinson, 446 South Francis street, Picher Oklahoma, married Lewis Edward Ball, a son of Mrs. Ella Ball of Granby Missouri on Saturday, May 20, 1939. They were married at Columbus. Mrs. Ball has been employed in the Picher telephone exchange for six years and has been transferred to the Joplin Missouri exchange. Ball is a mill man at the Royal Mill. The couple will live at the Koch apartments, 222 Meridian street, Joplin.
