13 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey, 215 South crystal street, had the thumb and three fingers blown off his left hand when a dynamite cap with which he had been playing exploded last week. Bailey, who is a pupil in the Central school, Picher, was said to have found the dynamite charge on the school ground and carried it home. While playing with other children in the kitchen of the home, he struck a match which set off the charge. He was taken to the Picher hospital, Picher, for treatment.
