age 50, of Picher was injured in the left side during a dispute in the Pastime pool hall in Baxter Springs Kansas with W. J. Stoneall, age 37, Baxter being arrested as the man who did the cutting. Friday evening Jun 29, 1945. Both men were arrested and Stovall was fined $15 and cost in JP court on a disturbance charge and Anderson was released, according to a report in the Baxter Springs Citizen.
