age 67, of Picher Oklahoma, died Oct 27, 1999, in a Joplin Missouri hospital, after an extended illness.

born Nov 16, 1931, in Douthat Oklahoma, to Logan Woods and Hazel Wyatt Woods. He lived in the Picher area most of his life. Worked for the B. F. Goodrich company for 36 years, working both in Miami and Tuscaloosa Alabama. Married Joanna Sells, Jul 21, 1956, in Miami, she survives. Burial G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
