His death was the result of injuries received in an automobile accident which occurred Dec 6, east of Fairland Oklahoma. Born Jun 19, 1968, in Miami to George Welch and Kathy Gaines Welch. Married Mary Katherine Gage on Jun 13, 1987, in Miami, she survives. Burial in the Hickory Grove cemetery, northwest of Grove Oklahoma.
