Skaggs, Joseph Otto

age 74, of Bartlesville Oklahoma, died Jun 14, 1999. He was 74. Born on May 23, 1925, in Ottawa county Oklahoma to Charles Frank Skaggs and Delia Irene Jolley Skaggs. A veteran, he served as a pharmacist mate, second class, in the U.S. Navy, during World War II. Married Rae Annette Birsell on Jun 22, 1947, in Nowata Oklahoma, she survives. Burial at Memorial Park cemetery.
