Pendleton, William Harry

age 61, died Sep 17, 1999, at the Grove Oklahoma hospital. Born Sep 4, 1938, in Seminole Oklahoma to William "Cotton" Ordell Pendleton and Clara Nadine Hendon Pendleton. Married Joan Francis in Commerce Oklahoma Feb 21, 1959. A veteran, he enlisted in the U. S. Air Force and served as a communications officer with the Strategic Air Command during the Cuban missile crisis. He received many medals, awards and commendations for his service to the country. Burial at the Olympus cemetery, east of Grove.
