Mowry, James L.

age 79, died at the Miami Nursing center after an illness.

Born Feb 18, 1920, in Cripple Creek Colorado to James L. Mowry and Maude Elizabeth Powers Mowry. A veteran of World War II, having seen action with the Army Air Corps in the Pacific. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1965 with 23 years of service. Married Rhoda Alice Willard on May 2, 1949, in Bay City, she preceded him in death on Jan 16, 1987. Burial in the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
