Jackson, George Clyde

age 68, formerly of Miami, died Nov 7, 1999, at his Joplin Missouri home.

born Jun 25, 1931, in Daisy Oklahoma to Carl Jackson and Grace Marie Tedford Jackson. A veteran, he served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict and in Guam, aboard the USS Los Angeles from May 1951 to April 1955. He then joined the U.S. Border Patrol on Mar 19, 1956 and was stationed in Del Rio Texas; Blaine Washington; Minot North Dakota and Miami. Married Linda Kaye Fountain on Jul 10, 1987 at Harbor-Village in Grove Oklahoma. She survives. Burial in the Fairland Oklahoma cemetery.
